Return & Refund Policy

​Return Policy: If you receive a product with major defects (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

​Return Conditions:
​The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
​The original purchase invoice or receipt must be provided.
​Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. If approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method or bank account within 7-10 working days.

Shipping Charges:
​If the product is defective or incorrect, we will bear the return shipping costs.
​If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind (personal preference), the customer must bear the delivery charges.
​Non-Refundable Cases:
​Complaints will not be accepted if the product was not checked during delivery or if the 24-hour notification window has passed.
​Refunds are generally not applicable for digital services or discounted/sale items.
